Are you a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for real estate and the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients? Korter is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Georgia. You will promote the idea of investing in Georgian real estate while qualifying potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential clients interested in real estate investment in Georgia.

- Educate potential clients about the benefits of investing in Georgian properties through our platform.

- Qualify leads by understanding their investment goals and requirements.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Georgian, Russian, and English.

- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and the investment process.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

- Competitive rate with bonuses for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), averaging 2000 GEL with the potential for growth.
