Korter is a Ukrainian proptech marketplace platform. We build and operate websites and mobile apps which help our customers to purchase property directly from developers. Our marketplaces are present in 10 countries around the globe, but our primary operational activities are focused on Georgia and Kazakhstan.
We are looking for a strong, energetic Operations Manager who will help us expand our business in these countries and move forward.
ABOUT US
Our operation activities (business activities) consist of the following areas:
- Creation, updating, and moderation of content
- User and client support
- Marketing, specifically lead generation (conversion marketing).
- Management of external operational services (telephony, CRM, other auxiliary services).
- Back-office work with our agents and sales managers.
- Project work with external agents—partners, suppliers, banks, payment services, and government agencies.
We are looking for someone who can share these responsibilities with the Korter leader and take on part of them in cooperation with the leader and the other teams.
ABOUT YOU
- You are interested in real estate and IT products
- You are self-organized and capable of organizing others and establishing work processes
- You have an analytical mindset, able to analyze data and draw conclusions
- You enjoy working with people and can set goals, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
WILL BE A PLUS IF YOU
- Have an experience with Google Analytics.
- Have an experience with and/or setting up CRM systems.
- Know how to work with 1C or other accounting systems.
- Can and love to create presentations and reports.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSІBILITIES AT KORTER
- Managing the content team, ensuring the quality and quantity of content we generate.
- Managing lead generation advertising and ensuring the effectiveness of this advertising.
- Managing operational services (telephony, CRM, user support) and ensuring these services are operational, timely paid, extended, or discontinued.
- Supporting sales teams in operational matters, including handling invoices, documents, integrations, and content-related questions.
